Studio-Partner gives you senior operational support without needing to create, recruit for and manage a full-time role.
Rather than joining the business as an employee, I work alongside you on the operational priorities that need attention, bringing both the thinking and the follow-through to move them forward.

No. Each Studio Partner retainer is a monthly agreement. If you can adjust or cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice.

You’ll need to be involved, but the point isn’t to create another job for you. We’ll have regular time together for context, decisions and priorities, while much of the operational work happens between those conversations.
As the engagement progresses, the level of involvement may shift depending on what we’re working through and who else in the business needs to be involved.

Yes, where it makes sense. Operations rarely exist with one person, so improving how the business runs may mean working directly with the people involved in particular workflows, systems or decisions.
You’ll still have visibility and control over the direction of the work, without needing to be the go-between for every conversation.

No. Studio-Partner is designed to work remotely. Being embedded in your business doesn’t mean I need to be physically sitting in it.
We’ll have regular touchpoints, with ongoing communication and work happening between them.
