Our Studio-Session gives you dedicated space to bring the question, decision or operational knot that keeps taking up more headspace than it should. Together, we’ll get underneath what’s actually going on, separate the problem from the noise around it, and explore a practical way forward that makes sense for your business.
Problems are rarely just ‘one thing’ that needs to be solved. Some of the recent topics that have been covered in a Studio-Session have been things like:

You'll receive a short questionnaire that will need to be completed before the session. This will help me understand what's on your mind, and prepare to ensure we use our time well.

Using the information you’ve provided in the questionnaire, we'll unpack the situation together and dive into more details.
Each session runs for 120 minutes.
We'll look at what's happening, what may be sitting underneath it, what options exist, and where your attention is likely best spent. I'll ask questions, challenge assumptions where needed, and share my perspective.
